A few things:

There is a Redbook that is going to be written in Feb04... so sorry this cannot help now.

I would speak to someone at IBM to see what they can give - there are various whitepapers that are available.

I suppose I would be good to get what you specific questions are so that the development community can help.

Also if you are going to Lotusphere in a weeks time, there will be a number of sessions there that will give you more detail.

Sorry I could not be of more help - but we need specifics on what you are looking for.

BTW, There are multi-lingual help files available as part of Lotus Workplace Web Content Management 1.1
